On 17th January 2012 OpenCloud hosted a round-table event to discuss the way in which the role of communication service providers has changed in recent years, and how service innovation has a central role to play going forward.
Chaired by Jo Rabin of Mobile Monday London, the panel included:
- Caroline Chappell of Heavy Reading
- Alan Quayle of Alan Quayle Business and Service Development
- Adam Filisinski and
- Sebastian Grabowski of Orange Labs
- Jeff Gordon, CEO of OpenCloud
The discussion drew on results from a survey commissioned by OpenCloud and conducted by Heavy Reading. The survey results also provided insight for a white paper written by Heavy Reading (through Senior Analyst and one of our panelists, Caroline Chappell).
