OpenCloud publishes "The Stranded Service Provider" Business Paper

OpenCloud is pleased to announce publication of a new Business Paper. This Paper discusses how the decision taken by the NEPs to switch focus to IMS several years ago combined with the increasing transition window towards all-IP network has left many Operators stranded with end of life platforms and no sustainable solution for supporting the services that make up 95% of their revenues today
